Estate Sale Saturday!!!

My favorite day of the week is Saturday because of the FANTASTIC estate sales I go to every weekend. This Saturday was full of great finds for my Etsy shop! Here are some preview pics of what's to come. Enjoy!

Is your cat trying to kill you?

I couldn't sleep in again this morning so I was hanging around the Etsy forums and someone posted this hilarious link.

My boyfriend and I joke about this all the time about our cat, Severace. (bf's daughter named her. It's a character from Harry Potter, I guess.)

Nope I'm not choking her, her eyes are always that big. (With intentions behind them to kill us all.)

Last Weekend

I would've wrote about this stuff yesterday but I came home after work and fell asleep on the couch again! This couch is just too comfy!

Anyway, I wasn't able to get as much done this weekend as I hoped. My parents had a slight emergency in their house with a major water leak and they asked me to watch their dogs on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Amigo is the white and tan dog and Chico is the black one. 

Chico is actually my dog but he stays with my parents because he is much happier being with Amigo. It was nice to have them but since Amigo is still a puppy, he requires a bit more attention. 

After returning the dogs on Sunday, I went to Michael's Craft store to get some paper for the tags I'm making for my shop. In the same plaza I saw that Mervyn's was closing and having a fixture sale. I needed a clothing rack really badly since my last cheap one broke. I found a really sturdy adjustable rack there for $70! Yay!

On my way home however, I got a rock in my windshield and now there's a large "star" from where it hit. Here's a picture of it. It kind of looks like a plane in the photo. I was quite bummed and now I will have to get it fixed fairly quickly before it spreads.

 

Anyway on a good note, I made my first sale on my Etsy store. I am so excited!!!  Thanks to chocolatvintage for buying the 70's trench coat!

For the past week I've been really, really tired. I would go to work, come home and sleep, wake up for dinner, and then sleep through the night. I even slept through Halloween. However, today I feel much better and plan to spend the majority of my time on listing new items for my shop. I recently aquired A LOT of new clothes and I'm super excited about showing them to the world so stay tuned! Here are a few pics of what's to come:
